Catherine L. Wang (BA in Economics, MSc in Marketing, PhD in Management) is a Senior Lecturer in International Strategic Management at the Oxford Brookes University Business School. Her research interests include strategic management, quality management, innovation, knowledge management, systems thinking, organisational capabilities and performance.
Professor Pervaiz K. Ahmed is Head of the Centre for Enterprise Excellence at the University of Wolverhampton. He has published over 100 papers in international journals and has presented as keynote speaker at a number of venues. He is currently the editor of the European Journal of Innovation Management.
