CADCOMP 2000
CADCOMP 200013-15 September 2000Bologna, Italy
Introduction
The Seventh International Conference on Computer Methods in Composite Materials and Structures will be held in Bologna, Italy from 13-15 September 2000. Previous conferences have taken place in Southampton, UK (1988); Brussels, Belgium (1990), Delaware, USA (1992); Southampton, UK (1994); Udine, Italy (1996); and Montreal, Canada (1998). The Organising Committee members anticipate CADCOMP 2000 will be yet another successful conference and encourage papers relevant to the theme of the meeting.
Objectives
This conference will bring together engineers and scientists interested in the use of computers for the design and analysis of composite materials and structures. It will cover topics relating to the simulation, modelling and experimentation of composite materials as well as the design and analysis of composite structures. Methods relating to design, optimisation and the manufacturing of composite systems will be included. In addition, software demonstrations for commercial and non-commercial use will be encouraged.
