Congratulations to JSTPC Best Paper Award winners
Article Type: Best Paper Award From: Journal of Science and Technology Policy in China, Volume 2, Issue 1
The Journal of Science and Technology Policy in China (JSTPC) has recently sponsored a Best Paper Award at the International Conference on Advanced Management Perspectives in Asia (ICAMPA) sponsored by Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
The winning paper was from the operations, logistics, supply chain management and management of technology track.
The Editorial Team at JSTPC wishes to congratulate the award winners.
Woon Kian Chong, Mathew Shafaghi and Boon Leing Tan for their paper, “Understanding of e-marketing services derived from B2B e-Market place.”
The paper was declared the winner due to its relevancy on how Asian economies can continue to progress in the midst of uncertainty. It was felt that this study could be applied to multi-national companies, offering them a greater understanding of how businesses can effectively market to Asian economies.

I wish to express my sincere gratitude to the Organising Committee of ICAMPA 2010 for selecting me as the recipient of the Best Paper at Xi’an Jiatong-Liverpool University, Suzhou, China. This award will help me to continue my research to further contribute to knowledge and professional practice from the Asia perspectives. I am heartily thankful to all the co-authors whose encouragement, supervision and support from the preliminary to the concluding level enabled me to develop an understanding of the subject. Lastly, I offer my regards and blessings for honouring me with this award to all of those who supported me in any respect during the completion of this paper.
JSTPC is proud to work with conferences such as ICAMPA to showcase China’s scientific research to an international audience.
