A first for the air handling industry, ABB Flakt Products' new CD-ROM "A Breath of Fresh Air" is a comprehensive, single source overview, selection and specification tool for air handling and control equipment from AHUs to ATDs.
The CD-ROM includes case studies in the institutional, commercial, retail/leisure and housing markets; it reviews industry issues such as air handling and natural ventilation, hospital requirements and Eurovent standardisation, and demonstrates the strict certification standards with which ABB Flakt equipment complies.

The range of air handling equipment demonstrated in the CD-ROM includes the high efficiency EU and EC Air Handling Units (AHUs), with control software packages, and the advanced Air Terminal Devices (ATDs) and housing products. The ATD range includes conventional mixed ventilation grilles and diffusers, chilled beam and floor mounted displacement options and computer controlled room vent controls for optimum efficiency.
