Abstract

The area of scientific research and teaching at university level covered by the last arrival among the institutes at the Copenhagen School of Economics and Business Administration is by no means a new feature of the School's field of activity, but it is outside the scope of this article to give an overall survey of the educational and research activities carried out in this field of specialization over the past years. It is here sufficient to state that these activities have resulted in the appearance of quite a number of text‐books and research reports in the form of books as well as articles in Danish and foreign periodicals. Among the Danish publications the principal organ has been Det Danske Marked (The Danish Market), because until recently research in this area was conducted under the auspices of the Marketing Institute at the School, in the staff of which the writer served for a number of years.
