TOO FAT AT 40?

Abstract

David Dove with the first of three articles on suggestions for getting the unfit manager into trim. The suggestions are not going to hit your pocket in the form of health farm treatment. Nor do they call for any great sacrifice of diet. What they do call for is determination to shed those unwanted pounds.
