Two kinds of relations

Abstract

In future, companies are going to be asked to make a clear distinction between industrial relations and labour relations. Having had to absorb the IR Act and its full implications only too recently, managements could be forgiven for wilting at the prospect of more hard thinking about the subject so soon.
