Abstract

The following report on economic risk in South Africa was prepared just weeks ago by a team of analysts whose identities must be kept confidential. The team's prediction of rising terrorism was borne out by the subsequent bomb attack on a South African Air Force installation in which 16 persons were killed and 188 wounded. This study was abbreviated by roughly two‐thirds because of Planning Review's space limitations. The sections eliminated focused in detail on the key players, their influence on the country's political climate, and the relative likelihood of several future political scenarios. The full report is distributed by Frost & Sullivan, New York, N.Y., to its clients.
