THE NEED FOR BIODEGRADABLE LUBRICANTS

Abstract

During the last couple of decades the level of public awareness of environmental issues has risen considerably. In the area of lubrication this concern is beginning to focus on the proportion of lubricants lost into the environment, not necessarily through major oil spill incidents but in the course of routine usage.
