A CRANE RAIL LUBRICATOR

Abstract

RAILS AND WHEELS OF LARGE CRANES ARE, DURING LONG TRAVEL MOVEMENT, ALWAYS SUBJECTED TO LATERAL PRESSURES WHICH LEAD TO CONSIDERABLE WEAR OF RAIL AND WHEEL FLANGES. By eliminating dry friction on these parts, the new CENTRALUBE Crane Rail Lubricator (De Limon system) obviates lengthy out‐of‐service periods during repair and saves working hours and cost spent on such repairs.
