Putting the Super into Journal: The SuperJournal Project at the British Library of Political and Economic Science

Abstract

SuperJournal is an electronic journal research project developed by a consortium of publishers and UK universities to investigate user expectations of electronic journals and the factors that will make future services successful. This paper presents the experiences of implementing and managing the application at the British Library of Political and Economic Science. It also highlights issues relevant to the successful future development of electronic journals.
