Abstract

JOINT owners of Lancashire‐based Wirex Precision, Michael Higson and Dave Marsden, personally carry out all the programming and planning for their six wire‐cut electric discharge machining (EDM) machines, which are often kept running 24 hours a day for five days a week plus single shifts at the weekend.
