Abstract

GE Aircraft Engines' CF6‐80C2 high bypass turbofan engine has been selected by KLM Royal Dutch Airlines to power 10 firm, 10 option McDonnell Douglas MD‐11 trijets in an engine order with a potential value of more than $650 million.
