Abstract

Like Topsy, the Mechanics of Machines keeps on growing and whereas it had been planned to follow ‘Vibrations’ with a single volume on ‘Dynamics’, this book now covers only general dynamics in one, two and three dimensions, leaving applied dynamics and mechanisms to form a separate and third book to come.
