The Library Shelf

Abstract

These Proceedings have now been published in an Introduction and four volumes, corresponding to the four Sections of the Congress. Printing was found impracticable because of the high cost and long delay. The reproduction is by a photographic process from typescript. The quality is high, the text and diagrams being admirably clear.
