Some Books Received: An Important German Book on Aerodynamics—Proceedings of the Applied Mechanics' Congress
Abstract
Together with the second volume Theorie der Luftkrafte, by R. Fuchs, this forms the second edition of the authors' earlier work Aerodynamik (1922), completely rewritten and containing much new material. A third volume on airscrews, Luftschrauben, by F. Seewald, will complete the work. This first volume corresponds with the second part of the earlier edition, the theoretical treatment of the first part being reserved for the second volume.
