The Wilbur Wright Lecture: The Director of Scientific Research Provides a Stimulating Contribution
29
Abstract
FEW endowments in connection with engineering can have justified themselves more fully than the fund raised by the Royal Aeronautical Society to commemorate the immortal memory of Wilbur Wright. The proceeds are devoted annually to providing a fee for a lecture associated with his name, which is each year the culminating point of the Society's lecture season.
