Abstract

It is often said that financial markets and investors do not fully consider human resource management issues. Speculation and short‐term pressures sometimes dictate investors decisions. Such a situation could prove detrimental to strategic management, and especially to human aspects of long‐term responses to changing environmental circumstances. Considering this serious problem, the purpose of this paper is the following:
