Abstract

Delta Connection Inc. is a profitable, growing business, generating over US$3 billion in annual revenues, and employing five regional airlines to operate 430 modern jet aircraft for Delta Air Lines and the SkyTeam alliance. This case study looks at the challenges Delta faced when integrating two acquired regional airlines into the core business.
