THE INDUSTRIAL TRIBUNALS (SELECTIVE EMPLOYMENT PAYMENTS) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1967

Abstract

The Minister of Labour in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 46 of the Redundancy Payments Act 1965 and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals hereby makes the following Regulations amending the Industrial Tribunals (Selective Employment Payments) Regulations 1966(b) (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Regulations”):—
