Abstract

PROBLEM—A laundry has been neglected for a number of years. New owners have taken over and they have found that the steel window frames are badly corroded and that the three layers of paint on them have blistered. They wish to clean these frames and to treat them in situ to stop them being attacked in this way again. The following is a suggested appraisal report.
