Enhanced zinc rich primers

Abstract

This paper was presented by Norbert B. Intorp at “Corrosion/80” in March 1980, Chicago, USA. It deals with the use of di‐iron phosphide as an extender in zinc rich primers. Di‐iron phosphide extenders are manufactured by Hooker Chemicals and Plastics Corporation USA and sold under the Ferrophos trademark. Ferrophos is distributed in Europe, Africa and the Middle East by Microfine Minerals & Chemicals Ltd., Raynesway, Derby, DE2 7BE.
