Eternal Chemical and Nichigo-Morton, a company jointly established by Nippon Synthetic Chemical and Rohm and Haas Company, have announced that they will form a strategic alliance. This alliance serves to provide more comprehensive products and technical services to printed wiring board (PWB) and packaging customers.

After its recent expansion in the North American and European markets, Eternal Chemical takes a further step to form a strategic alliance with Nichigo-Morton, a subsidiary of Nippon Synthetic Chemical and Rohm and Haas, to enhance its market growth in Japan and Korea.

Nichigo-Morton is the leading packaging dry film supplier worldwide. Its advanced techniques have been driving customers towards ultra fine line production demand in PWB and packaging applications. Eternal Chemical is the leading PWB dry film supplier worldwide, and has gained its reputation by providing the most competitive products in terms of quality, flexible services and cost effectiveness.

Under the terms of the strategic alliance, Eternal Chemical will become Nichigo-Morton's global distributor for its products, except in Japan and Korea. Eternal will also toll coat and slit Nichigo-Morton dry film products. At the same time, Nichigo-Morton will be appointed as Eternal's dry film distributor in Japan, where Nichigo-Morton will slit Eternal's products and provide best delivery and quality services for the local customers. In combining their complementary product lines and mutual advantages, Eternal and Nichigo-Morton are committed to providing more comprehensive products and best in class technical services for their global customers.
