The board of directors of Park Electrochemical Corp. announced the election of Ronald F. Ostrow as a director of the company. Mr Ostrow was elected at the annual meeting of shareholders on 12 July 2000.
Mr Ostrow currently serves as president and CEO of Troist Associates, LLC, a consulting firm. Mr Ostrow was the president and CEO of LeaRonal, Inc. until January of 1999, when the company was sold to Rohm and Haas Company.
