Information Today Inc., a key provider of information technology conferences, such as Computers in Libraries and National Online, for almost 20 years, is pleased to announce the Second Annual Internet Librarian Conference, the only conference for information professionals who are using, developing, and embracing Internet and intranet strategies in their roles as information navigators, product developers, Web masters, and more. This conference is the most comprehensive North American conference and exhibition aimed specifically at information professionals and the Internet. It offers a wide-ranging programme, designed to meet the needs of all librarians, researchers and information managers. The focus of the conference is on the Internet, World Wide Web, intranets and other related software and technology that are transforming the operations, products and services, and roles within all types of libraries and information services.

The Internet Librarian Conference caters for all interests and all levels of knowledge with three simultaneous tracks plus many workshops. This year's tracks and themes will encompass intranets, Internet and Web searching, search engines, managing knowledge assets, Net and Web management, library systems and the Net, virtualising services, training and instruction, library Web masters, digitising resources, Net strategies and trends for the future. The organisers are looking for knowledgeable and authoritative speakers, who will explore the range of many and exciting challenges facing information professionals today and who will also focus on practical applications, as well as technical and managerial issues.
