Surface coatings technology specialist Hi-Tec Spray reports that it has added to its range of specialised spray guns.
The new Compliant gun completes Hi-Tec Spray's selection of Graco Delta Spray XT equipment which includes the XT Airspray and the XT HVLP gun. The Compliant, identified by its green collar, features reduced pressure air spray technology while still providing a very fine atomisation. This allows less bounce-back and over-spray than conventional air spray products. It also has lower air consumption than high volume low pressure equipment, giving a better finish, transfer efficiency and material flow.
The new Complaint gun is available in pressure, gravity and suction versions. The gravity and suction versions can also be supplied with the new 3M™ PPS (paint preparation system) which helps to reduce cleaning solvent usage by a reported 70 per cent and cleaning labour by 80 per cent.
The XT Compliant gun is believed to be ideal for clients operating in the aerospace industry.
