Crane Co., parent company of Crane Aerospace and Electronics, informs us that it has completed its acquisition of Signal Technology Corporation.
Signal Technology develops state-of-the-art power management products and electronic radio frequency and microwave frequency components and subsystems for defense, space and military communications markets. Signal Technology 2002 annual sales were approximately $87 million. The Company has four manufacturing facilities located in the United States and over 500 employees. The operations are being integrated within Crane's Electronics Group within Crane Aerospace and Electronics.
Signal Technology will be the newest company to join Crane Aerospace and Electronics.
