Jeppesen Sanderson, the Denver-based international aviation information services company, announces the release of FlitePro, the next generation of flight simulation software. Jeppesen claims to take IFR simulation, map view and replay technology to the next level. New features include moving map GPS, flight replay over Jeppesen approach charts, enhanced world-wide navigational map screens, and an integrated multimedia instrument course.

FlitePro integrates Jeppesen's exclusive VectorPlus Mapping Technology, the FliteSchool instrument multimedia course, and the simulation technology proven in the FS-200 software. FlitePro showcases a new geo-referenced chart viewer that will allow the user to replay a flight over a Jeppesen approach chart and print that chart out for use during simulation. This new flight simulation software includes over 200 approach charts and a sampling of ten ATC scenarios. Larger chart coverage and ATC packages will be available as future add-ons.

FlitePro comes ready to fly right out of the box - simply add your own joystick and takeoff. FlitePro's compatibility with Jeppesen FS-200 consoles makes it easy to upgrade to more advanced hardware systems. Whether you add the Jeppesen basic console or upgrade all the way to a FAA approved PCATD system. FlitePro will grow with your PC-simulation needs.
