Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has completely changed the EU’s priorities for 2022. In the space of a few months, the EU is facing an energy, economic and humanitarian crisis. Thus far, the EU’s response has mostly expressed unity and solidarity with Ukraine. However, as the various crises deepen, the next six months will be a crucial test of EU resolve and cohesion.
