China-EU mutual aviation market access will improve

China and the EU have signed two aviation deals that are expected to bring 3.5 billion euros (4 billion dollars) in economic benefits and up to 11,000 new jobs between now and 2025.
- The number of flights between the EU and China will rise, driving down airfares.
- Direct routes will probably increase, saving time for travellers.
- US suppliers of aviation products may now face greater pressure from Europe in the China market.
- The post-Brexit United Kingdom will have to negotiate its own agreement with China, which could take years.
