Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Findings

The authors of a study of e-workers in Kosovo during the COVID19 pandemic found that work-life balance and job effectiveness had a positive influence on e-workers satisfaction with online working, while flexibility did not show a positive association in this regard
