East meets West in Cheshire
Abstract
Describes a computer‐based business strategy simulation – ”MERCATOR”‐ played over four days and including two Russian business men. Pitting five manufacturing companies against each other the simulation allowed participants to examine the results of differing styles. Participant feedback indicated that they returned to their companies with a new awareness and a better understanding of strategic issues.
