Abstract
Identifies and gives an initial evaluation of new approaches to providing video‐based and video‐related services for training. Demonstrates how video services can be provided by means of video cassette recorder (VCR), teletext services, interactive video disc, as part of a multimedia computer based package, as a private broadband network, and by satellite.
