Abstract
Considers the possibilities of matching the needs of people and technology for the benefit of organizations and their customers in the context of job design. Looks at technology and efficiency in light of the application of new technology in the form of computer systems of information and manufacture. Shows the effect of changing market demands and the importance of human factors on job design.
