Facilities Rules — OK

Abstract

Argues that, in this period of property recession, facilities managers should seize the opportunity to influence a change in the attitudes of developers, property companies, etc., towards commercial occupiers. The facilities manager is in a position to bring facilities issues to the fore during property negotiations.
