An Evaluation of Integrated Team Management
Abstract
This article reports the findings of an initial evaluation of integrated team management in a health and social care trust. It describes the main findings and discusses the impact of the new structure from the perspectives of team managers, professionals and service user representatives in the first 12 months of operation.
