Organizations and turbulence
Abstract
Discusses the velocity and depth of change occurring in our society at the turn of this century, and the importance of inclusion and participation of individuals as a means of deriving sound outcomes. As organizations embrance inclusion and participation, this article discusses some of the fundamental shifts which must occur in our social systems, and some basic changes which must occur in our thought processes in order to understand the fundamental long‐term nature of the problems we face as a human face.
