A pathway to employment

Abstract

The Making Space ‘Options’ scheme in Stafford works with adults who experience mental health needs and aims to support them in accessing leisure, education and employment. Pete Fenwick, day services co‐ordinator with the scheme, reports on an Employment Log Book which has been developed to help people keep track of their aspirations and progress.
