Abstract
Focuses on issues of pedagogy among South Asian students studying undergraduate hospitality at Glasgow Caledonian University. Discusses learning adjustment in terms of students educational experiences, expectations, inclinations and the corresponding academic staff interpretation and facilitation of effective learning. Draws from student questionnaire, participant observation and staff/student focus groups in order to consider cultural differences.
