Using General Semantics to Improve Communication in Audit and Accounting
Abstract
As the goal of most communication is cooperation, the study of general semantics enables people to organise their thoughts and words so that co‐operation rather than conflict results. Six ideas are identified which use general semantics to aid co‐operation, resulting in higher productivity and better relationships.
