Abstract

Muses on some of the unexpected findings – including the fact that ILL borrowing for local users and ILL lending to other libraries continues to grow – of the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) study assessing ILL/DD services, of which the author was principal investigator. The study is due to be published in mid‐2004.
