Abstract

Briefly outlines the rise of Age discrimination as an issue before focusing on how to handle such a complaint. Discusses the Age Discrimination as an issue before focusing on how to handle such a complaint. Discusses the Age Discrimination Act 1967. Looks at the subtleties of age discrimination in practice. Provides a brief framework for documenting accusations and outlines the investigation process. Provides brief case law as examples. Concludes that this is a growing area for claims of discrimination.
