Tracey Austin, trustee, Core Arts, grapples with the task of describing an arts project that manages to engage with and inspire a very diverse population. Despite funding difficulties the project finds room not only to welcome all its members, but also to draw out creative potential and to support participants, volunteers and staff in dealing with whatever life brings along.
