The purpose of this paper is to develop an analytic framework for studying interdisciplinary learning in collaboration between schools and child support services. The analytic framework connects the concept of boundary crossing with the social–psychological processes of trust and identity formation.

The paper is written from a theoretical point of view. Empirical research data from two schools are used to illustrate the use and merit of the proposed framework.

The framework proved to be useful for identifying the level of co-work in the two schools. In addition, the framework helped to shed light on how the support for trust and identity formation by the school management aids interdisciplinary learning.

The most essential feature of the suggested framework is its use of complex theoretical concepts. Examining each concept in detail would ignore the interconnected nature of concepts in the framework, as well as the fact that it is not yet known how this interconnectedness works. Therefore, the framework is based on a generalised use of the concepts.

The contribution of the framework for practice lies in its potential to shed light on how processes in interdisciplinary collaboration can be shaped. The framework can be used to inform contextual interventions that seek to optimize collaborative structures.

The paper contributes to understanding the complex processes that constitute interdisciplinary learning in collaboration.

The purpose of this paper is to assess the patient’s perspective on a dedicated clinic set up for patients diagnosed with an inflammatory arthritis who are being treated with a biologic. It proposes that dedicated clinics offer better overall care. The aim of this quality improvement survey is to evaluate the level of patient satisfaction with this clinic and identify any unmet needs.

This study was based on a quality improvement survey, which was developed using Zineldin’s five qualities model and assessed various aspects pertaining to service quality and improvement. A structured interview approach was used and 44 consecutive patients were recruited.

This paper explores key aspects that influence patient satisfaction within a rheumatology outpatient setting such as education on arthritis and biologics and involvement in decision making. It provides insight on what patients value most and it also addresses organizational aspects that can have an impact on patient satisfaction. It suggests that service quality can be linked to the degree of patient satisfaction.

Direct interviewing of patients could have introduced a source of bias whilst questions are being answered. On the other hand, it provided an opportunity to clarify instantly any doubts and therefore avoiding any inadvertent errors.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of sustainability on word-of-mouth (WoM) intention and revisit intention, with environmental awareness as a moderator. This study was carried out in one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia, namely, Bali.

The population in this study was foreign tourists visiting Bali. This study uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique and uses inferential statistics. Inferential statistics was used to test the sample data on the effect of sustainability on WoM intention and revisit intention. The statistical tool used is warp-partial least square.

Effect of sustainability on WoM intention is that the higher perception of foreign tourists in the sustainability assessment will increase the WoM intention of foreign tourists. Contrarily, lower perception of foreign tourists on sustainability assessment will lower the WoM intention of foreign tourists. Effects of sustainability on revisit intention is that the higher perception of foreign tourists in the sustainability assessment will increase the revisit intention of foreign tourists. Contrarily, the lower perception of foreign tourists in sustainability assessment will lower the revisit intention of foreign tourists. Environmental awareness moderating the effects of sustainability on revisit intention is that the higher the environmental awareness of foreign tourists visiting Bali, the stronger the influence of sustainability on revisit intention. Contrarily, the lower environmental awareness of foreign tourists visiting Bali will lower the effect of sustainability on revisit intention.

Destination sustainability research from the perspective of tourists has not been conducted up to the behavior intention, and research is still limited to tourist satisfaction. Research that connects destination sustainability with trust, WoM intention and revisit intention has not been found yet. WoM intention and revisit intention provide a clearer picture than behavioral intention; therefore, this study focuses on WoM intention and revisit intention variables. Destination sustainability research has not been combined with destination quality as an exogenous variable that is able to predict more precisely tourist satisfaction and behavioral intention. Research has not been found on environmental awareness in relation to the sustainability variable and behavior intention. The studies that have been carried out only focus on the effect of environmental awareness on the behavior intention (Gao et al., 2016), and the research has not yet linked it to sustainability.
