Abstract
The design issues on network architecture and modulation scheme that can be used to implement reliable MIL‐STD‐1773 avionics optical fiber data buses are discussed. Both single‐star and multi‐star architectures are presented to such optical fiber data buses. Several network configurations based on passive and/or active coupling components are also considered, and they are compared in terms of system complexity and reliability. Moreover, three modulation schemes are presented, i.e. partial trilevel Manchester II bi‐phase coding, extended Manchester II bi‐phase coding with beginning‐stopping flags, and pseudo‐four‐ary pulse width modulation, respectively. Their use can feasibly solve the problem associated with fast identification of correct operation states of an active transmitter at the output of optical receivers.

Abstract
Purpose
The manufacturing of intelligent and secure visual data transmission over the wireless sensor network is key requirement nowadays to many applications. The two-way transmission of image under a wireless channel needed image must compatible along channel characteristics such as band width, energy-efficient, time consumption and security because the image adopts big space under the device of storage and need a long time that easily undergoes cipher attacks. Moreover, Quizzical the problem for the additional time under compression results that, the secondary process of the compression followed through the acquisition consumes more time.
Design/methodology/approach
Hence, for resolving these issues, compressive sensing (CS) has emerged, which compressed the image at the time of sensing emerges as a speedy manner that reduces the time consumption and saves bandwidth utilization but fails under secured transmission. Several kinds of research paved path to resolve the security problems under CS through providing security such as the secondary process.
Findings
Thus, concerning the above issues, this paper proposed the Corvus corone module two-way image transmission that provides energy efficiency along CS model, secured transmission through a matrix of security under CS such as inbuilt method, which was named as compressed secured matrix and faultless reconstruction along that of eminent random matrix counting under CS.
Originality/value
Experimental outputs shows intelligent module gives energy efficient, secured transmission along lower computational timing also decreased bit error rate.

An overview of radio telemetry, concentrating on low power, short‐range systems which can be operated without equipment licences. Describes transmission mechanisms, aerials and the two main types of analogue modulation: amplitude modulation [AM] and frequency modulation [FM].Outlines the developments in radio data links and modulation schemes, the benefits of networks and the various methods of encoding data. Concludes that one of the biggest problems in radio telemetry is the different regulations across Europe making it virtually impossible to design a transmitter that is acceptable in more than one country. However, in Europe the situation is slowly changing, with new common standards for defining, evaluating and testing equipment coming into effect.

Place names are a problem in co‐ordinate indexing, in that they exist in very large numbers, whilst individual names may be used only infrequently. To counteract this inflow of features, and a corresponding increase in feature cards, Jolley has suggested a method which employs subcodes or polygraphs. This system enables a place name to be represented by a random combination of alphabetical letters or numerals. The combinations may consist of two or more characters. In this way Manchester could be expressed as A+B or A+B+C or any other random arrangement. If one alphabet is used, two‐letter combinations (digraphs) will permit 325 names to be accommodated whilst three‐letter combinations (trigraphs) will accommodate 2,600. The system is simple to apply, but a supplementary index has to be constructed to connect names with codes.

Abstract
For intelligent robots in a multi‐agent system communication is essential for cooperative behavior. Here we describe the explicit communication between individual robots acting as team members of a RoboCup team playing soccer. The robots are based on the EyeBot platform. An overview of communication systems being published and a discussion of their advantages and drawbacks is followed by an introduction into multi‐agent systems and the problems we faced applying them to the task of playing soccer. Then we describe the wireless communication network in detail including the EyeBot platform, message structures, self‐configuration and error recovery. The communication allows transmission of messages between individuals, broadcasts and communication with a remote computer workstation. The communication system is a layer beneath the multi‐robot console, which is the user interface, and above the EyeBot hardware.

In beginning its work at the end of the 1950s, the Aslib Research and Development Department inevitably faced the task of identifying the most significant problems for investigation, at the same time having the need to establish appropriate experimental techniques. Most of the projects undertaken since that time have dealt with current problems, and to an extent the advent of new technologies and techniques to the information world (mechanization in the 'sixties, management studies in the early 'seventies, on‐line working and publication problems in more recent years) is reflected in the work reported below. During the last decades the socio‐political status of children in Western societies has become a focus of interest for researchers from various disciplines. As part of the more general trend of struggles for the human rights of specific sectors of society (e.g. African Americans, women, homosexuals) proponents established the “Children's Rights Movement” which has fought on behalf of the younger members of society, trying to secure them certain social rights and legal protection (e.g. Forer, 1973). Concern for children and their social status has been gradually institutionalised until gaining recognition also by major world organisations such as the United Nations which adopted the Declaration of the Rights of the Child in 1959 and established UNICEF, whose sole aim was to promote the welfare of children around the world. During the past decade extensive political as well as scholarly attention has been concentrated on problems of child abuse and neglect.
