Abstract
Purpose
In mental health care the peer support workers (PSWs) are, by their experience based expertise, supporting the recovery of people using services and have also been shown to stimulate interprofessional learning (IPL) but which, due to hierarchical teams, is challenged. Therefore, to prepare the teams for IPL that includes PSWs, this study aims to suggest an interprofessional education (IPE) for mental health professions and PSWs. What would such an education look like?
Design/methodology/approach
The base, in the development of the IPE, is two earlier studies of teams’ inclusion of PSWs and the IPL.
Findings
The present study suggests Knowledge base 1 with three categories: different roles, expertise and perspectives, and Knowledge base 2 with two categories: teamwork and IPL. The conclusion is that such online IPE offers a readiness for mental health professions and PSWs, in teamwork, to exchange their different expertise to facilitate IPL. This is important to improve the quality of mental health services.
Research limitations/implications
One limitation is that the empirical study, this paper is based on, is a small-scaled study. Nevertheless, the main results from this study and the other were considered useful as a ground for the development of the IPE.
Originality/value
By suggesting an IPE for mental health professions and PSWs, this paper adds to the literature on peer support as well as IPL.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between collaborative innovation and the financial performance of information technology (IT) firms through the mediating role of strategic agility and absorptive capacity. Customer knowledge management capability (CKMC) is also explored as a potential moderator.
Design/methodology/approach
Data were collected from 300 respondents working in different small to medium IT enterprises operating in different cities around Portugal. The simple random sampling method was used for data collection, and Smart partial least squares-structural equation modeling (Smart PLS-SEM version 3.2.8) was used to test the hypotheses.
Findings
The findings demonstrate that collaborative innovation contributes significantly to the financial performance of IT firms in Portugal. The results also indicate that absorptive capacity and strategic agility both positively and significantly affect the relationship between collaborative innovation and firms’ financial performance. However, while the moderating role of CKMC has a positive and significant effect on the relation between collaborative innovation and strategic agility, CKMC insignificantly moderates the relation between collaborative innovation and absorptive capacity.
Originality/value
Few studies have explicitly connected collaborative innovation with firms’ financial performance; this study attempts to fill that gap. Moreover, this research investigates the mediating role of strategic agility and absorptive capacity in the relationship between collaborative innovation and financial performance. Finally, by discussing the moderating effect of CKMC, which leads to enhanced financial performance, this study proposes that when complex and unpredictable situations occur, managers should focus on customer-oriented strategies and innovation at the same time to outpace their competitors.

Abstract
Purpose
This paper aims to investigate whether executive compensation, corporate social responsibility (CSR)-based incentives, environmental social and governance (ESG) performance and firm performance are the significant predictors of CSR committees, in addition to CEO, firm and corporate governance characteristics, from the tenet of stakeholder and managerial power theories.
Design/methodology/approach
Switzerland is an exemplary country from the perspective of corporate governance and executive compensation. This empirical study includes a panel data set of listed Swiss companies, so fixed-effect logistic regression has been used.
Findings
It has been found that the companies that offer CSR-based incentives and higher compensation to their CEOs and have better ESG performance are more likely to have CSR committees.
Practical implications
This empirical paper fills the gap in the literature, guides practitioners about the factors that influence the creation and efficiency of CSR committees, and inspires regulatory bodies to ponder on a mandatory CSR committee to form resilient and sustainable organizations worldwide.
Social implications
COVID-19 has re-emphasized the prominence of sustainability and the stakeholder approach. Thus, this paper indicates that CSR committees require the adaption and implementation of a holistic sustainability policy that integrates both external and internal factors and thereby provides a whole process for sustainability issues.
Originality/value
The impact of CSR committees on corporate social performance (CSP) has already been investigated. However, the predictors of CSR committees have been less scrutinized in the literature.

Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to propose a novel deep learning (DL)-based framework, iRelevancy, for identifying the disaster relevancy of a social media (SM) message.
Design/methodology/approach
It is worth mentioning that a fusion-based DL model is introduced to objectively identify the relevancy of a SM message to the disaster. The proposed system is evaluated with cyclone Fani data and compared with state-of-the-art DL models and the recent relevant studies. The performance of the experiments is assessed by the accuracy, precision, recall, f1-score, area under receiver operating curve and precision–recall curve score.
Findings
The iRelevancy leads to a better performance in accuracy, precision, recall, F-score, the area under receiver operating characteristic and area under precision-recall curve, compared to other state-of-the-art methods in the literature.
Originality/value
The predictive performance of the proposed model is illustrated with experimental results on cyclone Fani data, along with misclassifications. Further, to analyze the performance of the iRelevancy, the results on other cyclonic disasters, i.e. cyclone Titli, cyclone Amphan and cyclone Nisarga are presented. In addition, the framework is implemented on catastrophic events of different natures, i.e. COVID-19. The research study can assist disaster managers in effectively maneuvering disasters during distress.
