Abstract
Purpose
This study aims to investigate and compare the characteristics of three topologies of moving-magnet linear oscillating actuator (LOA) based on their mover position. Positive aspects and consequences of every topology are demonstrated. Three topologies of axially magnetized moving-magnet LOA; outer mover, inner mover (IM) and dual stator (DS) are designed and examined. Due to its characteristically high thrust density and more mechanical strength, axially magnetized tubular permanent magnets (PMs) are used in these topologies.
Design/methodology/approach
LOAs are designed and optimized using parametric sweep, in term of design parameters and output parameters like thrust force, stroke and operating resonance frequency of the LOA. All the pros and cons of each topology are investigated and compared. Output parameters of the LOAs are compared using same size of the investigated LOAs. Mover mass, which plays a vital role in resonant operation, is analyzed for IM and DS designs. Investigated LOAs are compared with conventional designs of LOA for compressor in refrigeration system with regards of motor constant, stroke and thrust per PM mass.
Findings
This paper analyzes three topologies of moving-magnet LOAs. The basic difference between investigated LOAs is the radius of tubular-shaped mover from its central axis. All the design parameters are compared and concluded that thrust per PM mass of IMLOA is maximum. OMLOA provides maximum motor constant of value 180 N/A. DSLOA provides thrust force with motor constant 120 N/A and required intermediate materials of PMs. All the three designs give the best results in terms of motor constant and thrust per PM mass, compared to conventional designs of LOA.
Originality/value
This paper determines the impact of mover position from its central axis in a tubular-shaped moving-magnet LOA. This work is carried out in correspondence of latest papers of LOA.

Abstract
Purpose
Because of the increasing significance of green marketing and its aspects, it develops a need for examining the impact of all these factors on green product buying behavior. As social media marketing also has an enormous positive impact on green product buying behavior, this study aims to provide a cohesive role of green marketing and social media marketing in determining green purchase behavior.
Design/methodology/approach
In this study, data were collected through an online survey by using convenience sampling from 692 respondents, and through structural equation modeling, the hypothesized associations among variables of this study were empirically tested.
Findings
The findings suggest that attitude, eco-labels and green advertising had a significant influence on the decision to purchase green products. The influence of peer groups, behavioral intention and price consciousness was also examined. Peer influence did not moderate the relation between green buying behavior and environmental concern.
Originality/value
The influence of factors like attitudes, price consciousness, behavioral intentions social media marketing, eco-labels, and environmental concern green purchase behavior has not been scrutinized cohesively in the past. The current study used the theory of planned behavior in elucidating green buying behavior.

Purpose
Additive manufacturing (AM) technology has a huge influence on the real world because of its ability to manufacture massively complicated geometrics. The purpose of this study is to use CiteSpace (CS) visual analysis to identify fused deposition modeling (FDM) research and development patterns to guide researchers to decide future research and provide a framework for corporations and organizations to prepare for the development in the rapid prototyping industry. Three-dimensional printing (3DP) is defined to budget minimize manufactured input and output for aviation and the medical product industrial sectors. 3DP has implemented its potential in the Coronavirus Disease of 2019 (COVID-19) reaction.
Design/methodology/approach
First, 396 original publications were extracted from the web of science (WOS) with the comprehensive list and did scientometrics analysis in CS software. The parameters are specified in CS including the span (from 2011 to 2019, one year slice for the co-authorship and the co-accordance analysis), visualization (show the merged networks), specific criteria for selection (top 20%), node form (author, organization, region, reference cited; cited author, journal and keywords) and pruning (pathfinder and slicing network). Finally, correlating data was studied and showed the results of the visualization study of FDM research were shown.
Findings
The framework of FDM information is beginning to take shape. About hot research topics, there are “Morphology,” “Tensile Property by making Blends,” “Use of Carbon nanotube in 3DP” and “Topology optimization.” Regarding the latest research frontiers of FDM printing, there are “Fused Filament Fabrication,” “AM,” in FDM printing. Where “Post-processing” and “environmental impact” are the research hotspots in FDM printing. These research results can provide insight into FDM printing and useful information to consider the existing studies and developments in FDM researchers’ analysis.
Research limitations/implications
Despite some important obtained results through FDM-related publications’ visualization, some deficiencies remain in this research. With >99% of articles written in English, the input data for CS was all downloaded from WOS databases, resulting in a language bias of papers in other languages and neglecting other data sources. Although, there are several challenges being faced by the FDM that limit its wide variety of applications. However, the significance of the current work concerning the technical and engineering prospects is discussed herein.
Originality/value
First, the novelty of this work lies in describing the FDM approach in a Scientometric way. In Scientometric investigation, leading writers, organizations, keywords, hot research and emerging knowledge points were explained. Second, this research has thoroughly and comprehensively examined the useful sustainability effects, i.e. economic sustainability, energy-based sustainability, environmental sustainability, of 3DP in industrial development in qualitative and quantitative aspects by 2025 from a global viewpoint. Third, this work also described the practical significance of FDM based on 3DP since COVID-19. 3DP has stepped up as a vital technology to support improved healthcare and other general response to emergency situations.

Draws upon a study of the ways in which entrepreneurs use trust to mediate customer perceived risk at the start of a venture in order to show how researchers can combine elements of both approaches in an epistemologically consistent way. Specifically, researchers seeking to use an inductivist/qualitative approach can start with an a priori specification of constructs, perhaps in the form of a model. One of the ways in which this can help researchers is to identify where they should look in order to find the phenomena of interest to them. We argue that the difference between inductivist and deductivist research is how they draw upon existing research: in inductivist research theory can be used where it is composed of constructs while theory represented in the form of variables is more appropriate in hypothetico‐deductive research.

Abstract
Purpose
The current investigation is communicated to analyze the characteristics of squeezed second grade nanofluid flow enclosed by infinite channel in the existence of both heat generation and variable viscosity. The leading non-linear energy and momentum PDEs are converted into non-linear ODEs by using suitable analogous approach.
Design/methodology/approach
Then the acquired non-linear problem is numerically calculated by using Bvp4c (built in) technique in MATLAB.
Findings
The influence of certain appropriate physical parameters, namely, squeezed number, fluid parameter, Brownian motion, heat generation, thermophoresis parameter, Prandtl number, Schmidt number and variable viscosity parameter on temperature, velocity and concentration distributions are studied and deliberated in detail. Numerical calculations of Sherwood number, Nusselt number and skin friction for distinct estimations of appearing parameters are analyzed through graphs and tables. It is examined that for large values of squeezing parameter, the velocity profile increases, whereas opposite behavior is noticed for large values of variable viscosity and fluid parameter. Moreover, temperature profile increases for large values of Brownian motion, thermophoresis parameter and squeezed parameter and decreases by increases Prandtl number and heat generation. Moreover, concentration profile increases for large values of Brownian motion parameter and decreases by increases thermophoresis parameter, squeezed parameter and Schmidt number.
Originality/value
No one has ever taken infinite squeezed channel having second grade fluid model with variable viscosity and heat generation.

Purpose
Drawing on the resource-based view, ecological modernization theory and upper-echelon theory, this study aims to explore how green manufacturing practices (GMGP) affect the sustainable performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
Design/methodology/approach
It also examines the mediating role of green innovation (GIN) and the moderating role of managerial discretion (MD). To test the hypothesized model, the data was collected from 394 manufacturing SMEs though survey and analyzed using SPSS and AMOS (SEM).
Findings
The results provide evidence for the positive relationship between GMGP and corporate sustainable performance (CSPR), mediated by GIN. Furthermore, the presence of MD enhances the positive effect of GMGP on CSPR through GIN. Thus, this study enhances the understanding of the relationship between GMGP and CSPR, including its underlying mechanism and conditional effects.
Research limitations/implications
This study collected sample from SMEs located in Punjab province of Pakistan which represents majority of the SMEs; however, future research can take data from other province and with large sample size.
Practical implications
The findings highlight the significance of GMGP and GIN in the manufacturing sector for attaining CSPR goals. GMGP guides business leaders to be more inclined toward the energy and resource consumption as well as waste generation within their organizations which lead to improved CSPR outcomes.
Originality/value
The findings of this study make significant contributions to the existing literature, shedding light on the dynamics between GMGP and CSPR. Moreover, the study offers managerial implications for organizations aiming to enhance their sustainable performance by implementing effective GMGP.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this study is to numerically investigate the influence of corner radius on the flow around two square cylinders in tandem arrangements at a Reynolds number of 100.
Design/methodology/approach
Six models of square cylinders with corner radii R/D = 0.0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4 and 0.5 (where R denotes the corner radius and D denotes the characteristic dimension of the body) were studied using an immersed boundary-lattice Boltzmann method, and the results were compared with those obtained using a two-dimensional unsteady finite volume method. The cylinders were mounted in a tandem configuration (1.5 ≤ L/D ≤ 10 where L denotes the in-line separation between the cylinder centers). The simulated models were quantitatively compared to the aerodynamic force coefficients and Strouhal number. Furthermore, qualitative analysis is presented in the form of flow streamlines and vorticity contours.
Findings
The R/D and L/D values were varied to observe the variation in the flow characteristics in the gap and wake regions. The numerical results revealed two different regimes over the spacing range. The drag force on the downstream cylinder was negative for all corner radii values when the cylinders were placed at L/D = 3.0 (a single-body system). Subsequently, a sudden increase was observed in the aerodynamic forces (drag and lift) when L/D increased. A different gap value was identified in the transformation from a single-body to a two-body system for different corner radii. To verify the single-body system, a simulation was carried out with a single cylinder having a longitudinal geometric dimension equal to the tandem arrangement (L/D + D). Furthermore, in a single-body regime, the total drag of a tandem cylinder was less than that of a single cylinder, thus demonstrating the benefits of using tandem structures. A significant reduction in the aerodynamic forces and drag force was achieved by rounding the sharp corners and placing the cylinders in close proximity. An appropriate configuration of the tandem cylinders with a rounded corner of R/D = 0.4 and 0.5 at L/D = 3.0 and the range is enhanced to L/D = 4.0 for 0.0 ≤ R/D < 0.4 to achieve adequate drag reduction.
Originality/value
To the best of the author’s knowledge, there is a paucity of studies examining the effect of corner radius on bluff bodies arranged in a tandem configuration.

There have been significant developments in the field of retailing with digitalization. One of these developments is the emergence of omnichannel retailing. Although this has affected both firms and consumers considerably, the literature is dominated by the studies dealing with omnichannel retailing from the firms’ perspectives. The studies dealing with omnichannel retailing from the consumers’ perspectives have recently begun to attract the attention of researchers. For this reason, this study conducted a literature review to examine various consumer behaviors mentioned in the studies aimed at explaining consumer behaviors in the omnichannel retailing context. The distribution of these studies according to years and journals, research methods used, theories adopted, and the related five-stage consumer decision-making stages are summarized.
