Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of this paper is to examine the mediating effect of psychological contract breach on the relationship between job insecurity and counterproductive workplace behavior (CWB) and the moderating effect of employment status in this relationship.
Design/methodology/approach
Data were collected from 212 supervisor–subordinate dyads in a large Chinese state-owned air transportation group. AMOS 17.0 software was used to examine the hypothesized predictions and the theoretical model.
Findings
The results showed that psychological contract breach partially mediates the effect of job insecurity on CWB, including organizational counterproductive workplace behavior and interpersonal counterproductive workplace behavior. In addition, the relationships between job insecurity, psychological contract breach and CWB differ significantly between permanent workers and contract workers.
Originality/value
The present study provides a new insight into explaining the linkage between job insecurity and negative work behaviors as well as suggestions to managers on minimizing the harmful effects of job insecurity.

Abstract
Purpose
With the widespread use and development of automobile, much attention has been paid to its security issues. So to ensure the driving safety, the automobile must be equipped with good braking performance. In the process of braking, the friction from friction pair causes continuous wear and tear of the surface of brake lining and increases the gap between break pairs, until the lining is not being used (Belhocinea et al., 2014); thus, it is very important to detect the lining wear rate.
Design/methodology/approach
This paper designed the automobile brake friction test wear rate detection system based on Labview.
Findings
Through the detect data, we find that the automobile brake lining wear rate detection system has higher detect accuracy, in the process of detection, the brake lining without the defects such as cracks and bulges, which shall effect the normal use, the lining has no remarkable scratch to disk friction surface, can completed meet the requirements of users.
Originality/value
The automobile brake friction test wear rate detecting system adopts the components of USB-9211 DAQ, optoNCDT1700 non-contract high accuracy displacement sensor, in addition the Labview software to complete the functions such as lining wear rate real time detection, data multichannel real time acquisition, display, and storage record, etc., and uses LabSQL to import the detecting data to Microsoft Access database, which can satisfy the demands of various customers. Moreover, the wear rate real time detection can reflect the lining’s wear regulation of different manufacturers and different material and provide a reliable basis for selecting the appropriate lining material and predicting the lining’s lifetime.

Abstract
Purpose
This study explores the impact of green supply chain integration (GSCI) on enterprise performance (EP) from an organizational capability perspective. Additionally, this study investigated the mediating effect of ambidextrous green innovation (AMGI) and the moderating effect of green legitimacy (GL).
Design/methodology/approach
This study followed a five-step systematic review of the literature to ensure the auditability and repeatability of the concept development process: (1) formulation of the question, (2) research area orientation, (3) selection and evaluation of research literature, (4) data analysis and synthesis and (5) reporting and application of results.
Findings
This study clarified the concepts and dimensions of four relevant variables and, based on the organizational capability theory (OCT), ambidextrous innovation theory (AIT) and new institutional theory (NIT), explained the interactions among these variables and proposed a conceptual framework. In addition, an agenda for future research has been suggested.
Originality/value
This study provides a new direction for future GSCI research and practice in emerging economies. Enterprises should focus on developing GSCI capabilities to promote its positive impact on enterprise performance through AMGI adoption. Moreover, they must emphasize the acquisition of GL, which provides a certain degree of security, to realize the benefits of AMGI.

Abstract
Recently, filling mining is becoming more and more important in the mining industry and has been used widely. In order to better control the process of paste filling mining and acquire the accurate amount of filling material used, and to reduce the waste of paste filling material, we should detect in real time the paste flow in the pipe during the process of filling. This paper introduces in detail the basic principle of ultrasonic detection technology and the hardware composition and working principle of the on-line detection system. The author uses the theory of unascertained error analysis of detecting data and implements ultrasonic detection technology to realize on-line detection of paste filling pipe flow.

Abstract
Purpose
In order to improve the current level of agricultural informatization and the large deviation of economic growth. Combining the cost input of the green ecological environment and the level of economic growth, the relationship model between the level of agricultural informatization and economic growth is established in the green ecological environment.
Design/methodology/approach
The authors establish an evaluation index system for the level of agricultural informatization and calculate the total index of agricultural informatization under the index system. Combining the cost input of the green ecological environment and the level of economic growth, the authors establish the relationship model between the level of agricultural informatization and economic growth in the green ecological environment.
Findings
The research results show that the regression coefficient of determination including agricultural informatization elements from 2014 to 2018 is 5.105466, indicating that the model fits well. The sum of the variables is greater than 1, indicating that the mutual influence of agricultural informatization factors is also obvious. The condition of the hypothesis test in this study is significant (5%), which shows the positive relationship between the elastic coefficient of agricultural informatization and the elements of informatization. The results show that the continuous advancement of the informatization process can effectively promote agricultural economic growth.
