Abstract
Introduction: Artificial intelligence (AI), the engineering of brilliant machinery, performs intelligent human intelligence tasks, such as learning and problem-solving. Insurance is a financial protection policy either for individuals or entities to reimburse losses from the insured company. The role of AI in insurance always helps enhance customer services and understand their behaviour.
Purpose: This chapter aims to determine the role of AI in the insurance industry in India. The insurance industry is expanding very fast, and to further increase its horizons, the part of the technology of AI is essential. However, this sector has initiated using AI technology and is expanding its scope to benefit the customers.
Methodology: The authors selected research papers of the last five years to review and determine how the technology changed during the period and how an increase in AI benefits the industry and facilitates delivering the best services, and understanding the customer’s needs and behaviour.
Findings: It has been found that the industry is moving very fast and adopting the AI technology methods to enhance customer services, betterment for growing India, and serve insurance services to the nation efficiently.

Abstract
Purpose: This chapter attempts to apply Information Communication and Technology (ICT) to explain the increase in financial inclusion in the Indian financial system. The increasing use of facts and communication technology is integrating the arena. India’s information and conversation era is an industry that embodies globalization’s possibilities to develop low-profit economies.
Design/Methodology: The study is based on secondary data. The scope of the survey will only be confined to a financial institution in the economic systems of India. Various policy documents, lectures, reports, surveys, etc. of financial regulators and ministries are explored for analysis in the context of the objectives set. One of the largest challenges Indian banks will face in the next decade is banking operations, which is 50 per cent of India’s populace of around 1.2 billion (World bank, Overview 2021). The Reserve Bank of India encourages banks to use technology to maximize and attain growth profitability within the United States’ maximum faraway regions. For instance, ICT allows unknown clients to use biometrics to prompt their financial institution debts, disposing of the need for signatures.
Findings/Conclusion: The chapter concludes with numerous suggestions for expanding the manner of financial inclusion to reach the extremes of the Indian economy.

Abstract
Purpose: This study explores how computer video games can promote creative techniques. It specialises in innovative elements of special educational video games: Virtual Recreation Based Mastering (VRBM), behavioural analytics and defined research results to measure the creative energy of leisure activities on laptops. The involvement and inclusion of gaming in learning are being adopted globally and becoming true global citizens. The macro problems and awareness, such as sustainability, climate changes, etc., around it can be easily created through the advent of PC games.
Design/Methodology/Approach: Examining job incentives, true tales, and inventive skill-related elements allow for measuring creative aspects. The Player’s Statistics for Pride (PSFP) survey technique employs a heuristic checklist in the world of sports games to look at the areas of participating sports that are important to a participant’s overall performance and to assess the participant’s knowledge. Energy, freedom and control, connections and presence contribute to player happiness. This examination evaluates how these sports affect participants’ knowledge and the impact of the teacher’s information on student learning. The study aimed to enhance the understanding of the inventive capacity of persons engaged in developing knowledge and abilities while playing video games.
Findings: The findings demonstrate that a region’s capacity for innovation propels it to a certain degree of overall success in the leisurely game of service activity mastery. Results on how video games broaden crucial research as a foundation for the research version of creative skills are anticipated (CPLN). CPLN openly discusses the link between research concepts and innovation. The results’ interpretation is crucial.

Abstract
Introduction: The internet of things (IoT) is the emerging technology of interconnected objects that can be termed as ‘things’ used to exchange data, connecting with different devices on the internet. It is the future where connected devices are controlled remotely. The insurance sector is one of the leading industries providing financial protection services to their customers to recover losses. Like others, the insurance industry uses the services very efficiently to solve their customer-centric problems and provide the best services to them. IoT in insurance is enhancing customer services.
Purpose: To determine how the insurance industry utilises the different IoT technologies to provide the best services and solutions to their users. The insurance sector is working on other areas of expertise to offer outstanding facilities to their clientele.
Methodology: We reviewed published material covering five years on IoT and insurance and customer services in the media, newspapers, journal publications, and the web. We determined how the insurance sector adapted the new terminology to contribute its best services to the users.
Findings: We observed that IoT services and technologies benefit the insurance industry and the clientele. This shows excellent results in the growth of the sector and heightened facilities for the consumers.

Abstract
Purpose
The purpose of the paper is to unravel a strategic architecture for e‐learning for a traditional university like Himachal Pradesh University (H.P. University) and provide guidelines as to how to carry the implementation of e‐learning for the university of the future.
Design/methodology/approach
Getting to the future first is not just about excelling competitors bent on reaching the same prize. It is also concerning having one's own view of what the prize is. There can be as many prizes as runners; imagination is the only restraining factor. The paper provides a literature review for a traditional university like H.P. University to venture into e‐learning.
Findings
To venture into e‐learning, H.P. University will have to reengineer itself, understand how competition will differ in the future and capture and refine insights into future opportunities.
Research limitations/implications
The paper has limitations that it presents a review of literature from secondary sources.
Practical implications
The paper provides guidelines as to how to implement e‐learning which will be beneficial for both the staff and the students.
Originality/value
The paper advocates the concept of strategic thinking in the education sector for implementing e‐learning.

Abstract
Purpose
This paper aims to focus on an experimental study of surface roughness, dimensional accuracy and time of fabrication of parts produced by fused deposition modelling (FDM) technique of additive manufacturing. The fabricated parts of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) material have pyramidal and conical features. Influence of five process parameters of FDM, namely, layer thickness, wall print speed, build orientation, wall thickness and extrusion temperature is studied on response characteristics. Furthermore, regression models for responses are developed and significant process parameters are optimized.
Design/methodology/approach
Comprehensive experimental study is performed using response surface methodology. Analysis of variance is used to investigate the influence of process parameters on surface roughness, dimensional accuracy and time of fabrication in both outer pyramidal and inner conical regions of part. Furthermore, a multi-response optimization using desirability function is performed to minimize surface roughness, improve dimensional accuracy and minimize time of fabrication of parts.
Findings
It is found that layer thickness and build orientation are significant process parameters for surface roughness of parts. Surface roughness increases with increase in layer thickness, while it decreases initially and then increases with increase in build orientation. Layer thickness, wall print speed and build orientation are significant process parameters for dimensional accuracy of FDM parts. For the time of fabrication, layer thickness and build orientation are found as significant process parameters. Based on the analysis, statistical non-linear quadratic models are developed to predict surface roughness, dimensional accuracy and time of fabrication. Optimization of process parameters is also performed using desirability function.
Research limitations/implications
The present study is restricted to the parts of ABS material with pyramidal and conical features only fabricated on FDM machine with delta configuration.
Originality/value
From the critical review of literature it is found that some researchers have made to study the influence of few process parameters on surface roughness, dimensional accuracy and time of fabrication of simple geometrical parts. Also, regression models and optimization of process parameters has been performed for simple parts. The present work is focussed on studying all these aspects in complicated geometrical parts with pyramidal and conical features.
