Finland, home of Nokia, is now officially the world's most technically-literate nation, according to the World Economic Forum (probably best known for the annual Davos economic summit). The WEF has assessed each country in terms of the degree to which technology has been embraced by its government, its businesses and its citizens. Finland has moved up from third position last year and pushed the USA down into second place.
